Your Firm, Your Email. Explicitly.

Brad Feld, over on his blog, talks about something that we agree with.

Rather vehemently.

Your company should have it’s own email address. It’s not much use starting a company called “Vertizonasco”, for example, and sending out introductory emails from karan.mehta31@gmail.com

Whoever your prospective clients are, they are much more likely to be reassured about who you are and what you stand for, if they see a mail from karan.mehta@vertizonasco.com

And if you’re wondering how to go about getting yourself one of those, stay tuned. We’ll be coming up with some posts that illuminate the path.

And by the way, there is no firm called Vertizonasco. None that I know of anyhow.
